Develop a program that would not only educate the builder on the benefits of STYROFOAM insulation board but also give the builder the tools to sell it through to their homebuyers.
Provide all the necessary tools that a builder would use in a model home to educate their homebuyers on the STYROFOAM insulation "built-right-in" to their walls and attics.
The model home kit was comprised of a consumer brochure, a tri-fold brochure, table tents, static clings, a selling presentation, radio scripts, and frequently asked questions.
The builder brochure was designed as a conversion tool to incentivize builders to participate in the program.
A number of consumer-facing sales tools were created for the program. The flyer is a quick takeaway for potential homebuyers.

One of the challenges of selling a product that sits behind the vinyl siding is promoting the importance of that product to home buyers. The Built-Right-In program gave home builders a tool that could be used in their model homes to stress the benefits of installing STYROFOAM® Brand Insulation in their builds.
